As we are not selling any products physically in, there is no shipping/delivery timelines. All products in are subscription-based and access to respective subscription will be provided as soon as your payment is successful. In rare cases, if your subscription is not active after successful payment, please send a mail to Kinchitdharmam Samasthapanam. Our technical team will check and resolve the issue at the earliest.

If you wish to get refund for a subscription which is not delivered, you can request for refund by sending a mail to Kinchitdharmam Samasthapanam. Refunds will be processed usually within 5 to 7 working days. The refund payment duration also depends up on the type of payment and the usual time that any payment gateway takes to process the refund.

Please note that in any case we cannot offer refunds for valid & used subscriptions.
