In rare cases, if your subscription is not active after successful payment, please send a mail to Kinchitdharmam Samasthapanam. Our technical team will check and resolve the issue at the earliest.
If you wish to get refund for a subscription which is not delivered, you can request for refund by sending a mail to Kinchitdharmam Samasthapanam. Refunds will be processed usually within 5 to 7 working days. The refund payment duration also depends up on the type of payment and the usual time that any payment gateway takes to process the refund.
